摘要
本文研究了女贞营养物质与白蜡虫雌虫存活的关系。结果表明,女贞茎中含水量为62.04％、可溶性糖与氮之比为4.56:1、磷为0.6％、钾为1.6％、氮为0.84％和游离氨基酸为9.94mg/100g时,雌虫存活良好,其死亡率仅10～20％。
This paper deals with the relationship between the femal survivor- ship effect of China wax scale insect. Ericerus pela (Chavannes) and the nutrition of host plant Ligustrum lueidum Ait when the stems of the host consist of 62.04% water, the ratio of soluble sugar to nitrogen is 4.65: 1, is phosphorus 0.62% potassium, is 1.6% nitrogen of dry weight is 0.84% and free amino acid is 9.94mg/100g, et shows better nutritve effe- ct to femal scale, and the rate of motability is only at 10--20%.
