目的提高病案管理质量,提高病案管理人员的整体素质。方法实施一套完整的病案管理质量控制系统。结果激发了每个工作人员的责任感和事业心,充分发挥各自的主观能动性,工作效率明显提高。结论以“病案质量”为出发点,参与整个流程的病案管理工作人员,都要有强烈的质量意识,任何一个环节出现问题能迅速做出反应,从而相互督促,做到及时、有效、准确地纠正错误,保证整体的工作质量。

objective To improve the quality of medical record management and that of the medical record practitioners. Methods A set of integrated quality-control system of medical record management was implemented. Results The method could stimulate personnel's responsibility and enterprise, take advantage of their subjective initiative, the efficiency was improved obviously. Conclusion Based on 'the quality of the medical record', the medical record practitioners contribute the entire process of quality-control system. They have fierce quality consciousness and can rapidly respond to any problems that occur in the process of quality control; they supervise and urge each other, correct the mistakes effectively in time, and ensure the integral work quality
