病案数字化管理的应用及其临床意义

The Significance and Application of Digital Medical Record Management

目的为了实现医院信息系统向着以病人为中心的服务系统发展,提供面向医生和病人的服务。方法利用应用软件以文字和影像学相结合的方法,按常见多发病及疑难病症两大类采集口腔科就诊的典型病例,并根据诊疗需要进行信息处理,同时进行诊治、观察与随访过程中的动态监控。结果有效发挥了病案在医、教、研方面的真正价值和作用,同时进一步满足了医疗、法律和管理的需求。

Objective To provide doctors and patients a good service with realization of a patient-oriented hospital information system. Method with method of combining the images, documents and sofiware we accumulate valid cases under the category of common diseases and complicated diseases and we deal with the information for the diagnoses and treatment by monitoring the treatment, observation and follow-up. Outcome the Medical record management has played an important role in health care, teaching and research, and it has fitted the needs in medical treatment, legal service and hospital management.
