摘要
本文研究了甲胺磷对梨形四膜虫细胞分裂增殖的影响及致死效应。实验结果：甲胺磷对梨形四膜虫种群增长的半抑制浓度（ＩＣ５０）为６４８．３μｇ／ｍｌ。甲胺磷对ＨＳ１，Ｓ１和ＨＳ１，Ｓ１和Ｍｏｎｕｔｅｒ－１４三个株系细胞急性致死毒性效应的浓度无明显差异，其致死浓度均在７。３６２ｍｇ／ｍｌ以上。
The effects of methamidohos on cell division and mortality inTetrahymena pyniformis
were investigated. The results showed that the mediuminhibitory concentration (IC50) of
methamidophos was 684 .3ug/ml. The lethaldose of methamidophos on cells in strains HS1,S1
and Monster-14 was all over7. 362mg/ml. We can’t find much difference in them.
