摘要
用组织化学方法、结合体视学测量研究AChE阳性纤维在猕猴海马结构、内嗅区皮质和前额区皮质的分布和年龄变化。结果显示海马结构和皮质内AChE阳性纤维呈不同的板层作分布,前者纤维密度明显高于内嗅区皮质和前额区皮质,被检各区的纤维密度随年龄增加呈降低-升高-降低的动态变化趋势(2~6岁纤维密度降低,6~14岁升高,14~24岁再降低)。表明AChE阳性纤维在猕猴海马结构、内嗅区皮质和前额区皮质的分布具有年龄相关性和区域特异性。本文对AChE阳性纤维的增龄变化与前脑胆碱能系统的发育、成熟和衰老的关系进行了讨论。
Using a specific tyrosine hydroxylase(TH)monoclonal antiserum,the catecholamine containing neurons in the chick spinal cord were observed with immunohistochemical PAP method.The TH positive cells distributed in spinal cord at all levels.Based on the morphologic features and the location of the positive cells,they can be divided into three kinds,1.A group of small cells restricted ventral to the central canal.In the lumbar spinal cord,some of them with round bodies were localized just outside the boundary of the ependymal cell layer,and with fine processes reached the central canal;In the thoracic spinal cord,cells with fusiform bodies were found between the ependymal cells surrounding the central canal and possessed fine processes that contacted the lumen of the central canal.2.A group of neurons with polyangular cell bodies were scattered in the gray matter of lamina X.3.A group of cells with few long processes was found within Ⅱ-Ⅲ layers in the dorsal horn of the spinal cord.The possible significance of these three different kinds of catecholamine neurons was discussed.
