摘要
利用不同稀释倍数的城市生活污水浇灌凤仙花(V污水:V自来水分别为I,1:0;II,1:1;III,1:2;CK,0:1),结果表明,与自来水灌溉相比,污灌处理(I,II,III)提高了凤仙花盆栽土壤养分含量,土壤NH4+-N含量由46.46 mg.kg-1提高到49.86~67.03 mg.kg-1,NO3--N含量由3.88 mg.kg-1提高到4.38~5.81 mg.kg-1,速效P含量由19.70 mg.kg-1提高到25.02~44.95 mg.kg-1;污灌能够提高土壤酶活性,其中土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶及蛋白酶活性分别比对照提高31.07%~55.27%,5.88%~52.94%和13.80%~24.23%;污灌有利于提高植物根系活性和叶绿素含量,从而促进植物生长.尽管直接用原生生活污水灌溉会降低污水的肥效,造成了土壤C l-的积累,但不会明显影响到凤仙花的生长及干物质积累.
Potted plants of Impatiens balsamina were selected for irrigation treatments with municipal domestic sewage effluents.The treatments were triplicately divided into four treatments according to effluents: tap water (V:V)=I,1:0;II,1:1;III,1:2;control,0:1.Compared with the control,sewage irrigation treatments (III,II and I) can increase the soil contents of NH_4^+-N from 59.01 mg·kg^(-1) to 64.22~65.89 mg·kg^(-1),NO_3~——N from 3.88 mg·kg^(-1) to 4.38~5.81 mg·kg^(-1),available-P from 19.70 mg·kg^(-1) to 25.02~44.95 mg·kg^(-1).Meanwhile,they can also enhance the activities of soil catalase,urease and protease,with increases of (31.07%)~55.27%,5.88%~52.94% and 13.80%~24.23%,respectively.Sewage irrigation promoted the root activities,leaf chlorophyll contents and growth of I.balsamina.Although irrigation with undiluted effluents didn't benefit for the plants' utilizing of nutrients from the irrigating effluents,it didn't exert significantly negative effects on growth and biomass accumulation of I.(balsamina.)
