拨云锭治疗慢性骨髓炎窦道实验观察报告

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATIONS ON THE TREATMENT OF CHRONIC OSTEOMYELITIS SINUS BY “BO YUN DING”: A Clinical Observation

为验证拨云锭治疗慢性化脓性骨髓炎窦道的效果,将100只家兔股骨人为造成外伤性开放性骨折,使之感染,不作任何治疗,任其6个月不愈,让其形成慢性化脓性骨髓炎窦道。选择无明显死骨形成,且肝肾功能正常的兔60只进行实验观察。将动物随机平均分为两组,实验组用拨云锭治疗,对照组用克林霉素磷酸酯注射液治疗,分别在接受治疗的第1、7、14天作窦道内分泌物细菌培养和药敏实验,观察窦道愈合情况。治疗终止时复查1次肝肾功能。结果实验组30只兔,28只治愈,治愈率93.3%;对照组30只兔,4只治愈,治愈率13.3%。两组比较P<0.05,差异有显著性。肝肾功能检查两组治疗前后均无明显变化。表明本方法是治疗慢性化脓性骨髓炎窦道的一种简单、安全、高效的方法。

In order to verify the therapeutic effect of “BO YUN DING” (BYD, a TCD preparation for eyes) in the treatment of chronic suppurative osteomyelitis sinus (CSOS), 60 rabbits with experimental femoral CSOS and normal liver and kidneys function but with no dead bone formation were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental and the control (n=30 rabbits each), which were treated by BYD and by clindamycin phosphate injection, respecitively; bacterial culture and drug sensitivity were made on the sinus secretion on 1st, 7th and 14th day of the treatment and the sinus healings were observed, respectively; and the liver and kidneys functions were observed at the end of the treatment. The results showed that 28 (of 30) rabbits of the experimental group were cured with 93.3 %; but so were only 4 of the control with 13.3 % (P < 0.05); the liver-kidneys function examinations of the two groups showed no significant difference before and after the treatment, suggesting that this method is a simple, safe and high-effective therapy for CSOS.
