面部皮肤中型无绿藻病国内首例报告

Prototheca Zopfii Skin Infection: First Case Report in China

我们于１９９２年从安徽淮北农村一１３岁女孩面部皮损处分离到一株无绿藻菌。根据其菌落形态、显微镜下结构、放线菌酮试验、耐热试验及碳水化合物利用试验，结合皮屑直接镜检及组织病理切片特征，最后确定为中型无绿藻。

A strain of Prototheca zopfii was isolated from the facial lesion of a 13 year-old girl who came from rural area of Huaibei,Anhui Province in 1992. A series of tests were performed on the iso- late. The results showed that it may form smooth creamy colony on solid medium and its growth was in- hibited by cycloheximide .Assimilation tests demon- strated that dextrose,galactose, glycerol and propanol were assimilated. Biopsy of skin lesion showed that there are large yeast-like spores within giant cells and also scattered in superficial dermis. Based on the above characteristics, this strain of fungus was identified as Prototheca zopfii.
