摘要
教师是人类灵魂的工程师,教书育人是教师神圣的使命和职责,作为教师应该责无旁贷,终身为之努力奋斗。在学生的各种素质中,思想道德素质是最重要的素质之一,是灵魂。针对在新形式下学生思想工作的现状,本文从教育教学过程出发,通过分析教书育人过程中的三种表现,有针对性地提出在教书育人与思想教育相结合的措施,提出了对教师的要求。
The teacher is the engineer of man's souls. To educate the person and impart knowledge in books are the mission and duty of a teacher. Among all the qualities,the moral quality is one important of all. It is the soul of education. The paper analyzes three instances in teaching,and points out the measures of teaching and ideological education. At the same time,it points out the requirements for the teacher.
