摘要
分析塑料件生产过程中模具内气体的来源及由此诱发的成型缺陷,阐述塑料注射模排气系统的结构设计要点,列表给出常用塑料排气槽厚度的经验取值,介绍常见的排气形式,举例说明了CAE技术在塑料注射模排气系统设计中的应用。
The air source in the mould during plastic piece production and molding defects causing by it are analyzed. The key points in designing air exhaust system of plastic injection mould are expounded, and the empiric value of common exhaust slot thickness is listed. The common forms of air exhaust are presented, and the application of CAE technique in the air exhaust system design of plastic injection mould is illustrated.
