This paper gives a method of belt transmission design with some AutoCAD command. Using these commands the pitch-length of transmission belt can be fast provided without tradition manual calculate. And it also gives an example of synchronous belt transmission design and introduced the application method. It's very useful for machinery designer to save design time.
