摘要
研究了不同气密性薄膜袋包装对金针菇保鲜效果的影响。结果表明套袋包装能有效地抑制金针菇的呼吸代谢和蒸腾作用,减少营养成分的损失,延长保鲜寿命;不同气密性包装袋对金针菇的保鲜效果不尽相同,微孔包装袋的保鲜效果最好,密封包装袋次之,大孔包装袋最差,与对照差异不大;采用微孔袋包装的金针菇,10℃低温下贮藏15d,菇体变化不大,褐变极少,无异味,营养品质保持较好。
The effects of various packaging on the fresh-keeping of the postharvest Flammulina velutipes were studied.The results indicated that the respiratory rate and transpiration of packaged Flammulina velutipes were obviously inhibited,and the nutrients such as protein,organic acids and soluble solids were kept well,and the shelf-life was prolonged.Lab data also showed that the effects of various packaging on the fresh-keeping of the postharvest Flammulina velutipes were different,the fresh-keeping effects of packaging with micro-perforated was best,packaging with airproof was second,packaging with big-perforated was no good analogous to comparison.At 10℃,the Flammulina velutipes packaged with micro-perforated bag were stored for 15 days,the externality not change,brown less,no peculiar smell and quality keep preferably.
