间接检眼镜照射对人眼视网膜的损伤

RETINAL INJURY PRODUCED BY INDIRECT OPHTHALMOSCOPE IN HUMAN EYE

观察间接检眼镜对２例病人眼视网膜光损伤的超微结构改变。照射时间为２０ｍｉｎ，在透射电镜下见到脉络膜血管扩张，视网膜各层内线粒体肿胀、空泡形成，外核层散在固缩核，神经纤维肿胀。其中１例妊娠女性患者的视网膜损伤重于另１例男性病人。
