摘要
应用比较屠宰法研究了冷热两季产蛋鸡的能量需要。试验将平均气温高于24℃定义为热季,低于14℃为冷季。供试鸡为罗斯商品蛋鸡。饲养结束后,选生产性能较好的一组屠宰。对屠体及产品进行化学分析,结果发现冷、热两季代谢能需要量有明显差异。冷季产蛋率低于65%时,每鸡每日需代谢能265~290千卡,产蛋率为65~80%时需能290~310千卡;产量率高于80%,代谢能需要量则增至310~325千卡。对应上述产蛋率,在热季每只鸡每日的代谢能分别为200~225千卡,225~240千卡和240~250千卡。
Through the comparative slaughter experiment, the need of energy of laying hens of variety Rose was studied in different seasons. In the experiment, the warm season was defined a period of time during which the mean daily air temperature was higher than 24℃, and when the mean daily temperature was lower than 14℃, it was defined as the cold season. The hens were divided into 3 groups, among which every hen had similar productivity, one of which was defined as the zero group. The experiment was conducted in both the warm and the cold seasons. When the experiment was going to end, the group of hens with better productivity was selected from the other two groups and was slaughtered. The chemical analysis was carried out with the slaughtered bodies and the products. The culculated results showed that there was a remarkable difference in needs of metabolic energy of hens during the warm and the cold seasons. During the cold season, when the laying rate was lower than 65%, a laying hen needed metabolic energy of 265-290 kilocaloie, when the laying rate was 65-80%, a hen needed metabolic energy of 290-310 kilo-calorie a day, when the laying rate was higher than 80%, the daily need of metabolic energy per hen would increase to 310-325 kilocalorie. But during the warm season, the corresponding daily needs of metabolic energy were 200-225, 225-240 and 240-250 kilocalorie respectively for above laying rates.
