论我国违宪审查制度之建立

On the establishment of the monitoring system to protect the constitution from violations

我国建立违宪审查制度应从我国的具体国情出发,在借鉴世界各国先进的违宪审查制度的基础上,建构适合于自己的违宪审查制度,并应首先解决好两个问题:一、违宪审查与人民代表大会制度;二、违宪审查与中国共产党的领导。

<Abstrcat> Whereas it is necessary to establish the monitoring system, in China, to protect the constitution from violations, it is essential to ensure the unique system to be applicable to the reality in China. The writers of this paper propose that the potential Chinese monitoring system should base on the prudent analysis and comparison of the worldwide systems.
