供电方支付给用户的电压凹陷补偿 被引量:13

摘要 电能质量问题给用户造成巨大的经济损失,供电商应给予补偿,该文提出了一种用户电压凹陷损失的补偿方法。根据确定用户受到凹陷影响程度的负荷敏感曲线和衡量用户经济损失的中断成本来确定整个供电方应该补偿的份额,并且同时还考虑了电压凹陷的发生频率和持续时间对用户损失的影响,为一种比较合理的补偿方法。该方法为电能作为一种商品其质量出现问题时提供了一种经济上的补偿办法,使电能的供应者和消费者都能公平地进行电力交易。 The power supply companies should compensate the customers for much economy loss resulted by the power quality problem. A method compensating for voltage sags to the customers is presented in this paper. Based on the power acceptability curves which reflect the equipment sensitivity to voltage sags of the customers and on the drop costs which denote the customers' economy loss, considering the relation between the frequency and duration of voltage sags and the customers' loss, a reasonable compensating method is provided, by which the power supply companies figure out the compensation. This method evaluates the compensation when the electricity commodity quality is bad, by which the power providers and the customers can make a fair shake.
