摘要
用空气微波低温等离子体引发丙烯酰胺,对聚酯膜进行接枝改性,探讨了空气微波低温等离子体的处理条件对接枝率的影响。试验结果表明,空气微波低温等离子体引发最佳工艺为时间30s、气体压力200Pa、处理功率200W;与丙烯酰胺溶液后聚合最佳工艺为丙烯酰胺浓度40%、反应时间1h、反应温度50℃;通过红外谱图和电镜照片,证明了聚酯薄膜上接枝了酰胺基团,以及等离子体的刻蚀作用。
PET film was induced graft modification of AM with the air microwave low temperature plasma, and the influence ofconditions of low temperature plasma treatment were investigated. And the optimum process conditions of air microwave lowtemperature initiating were given, such as time30s, gas pressure200Pa, and power200W. After polymerization condition isthe concentration of acrylamide40%, reaction time1h, and temperature50℃. The IR spectrogram analysis and SEM photo-graph were done to elucidate the changes of chemical composition on film surface.
