摘要
在已染色的灯芯绒绒面上刮涂一层比底色深数倍的面色,成衣后经酶洗褪色处理,使织物呈现出层次丰富,色光柔和,手感柔软的特性。分析了该工艺的前处理、染色、涂层、酶洗的具体操作、工艺处方以及所应达到的工艺要求,指出了加工中的注意事项。
In this paper, single-side knife coating with pigment on dyed corduroy fabric was introduced with deeper shade than undertone. Then this corduroy garment was treated by enzyme, featuring gentle shade and soft handle. The process and formula of pretreatment, dyeing, coating and enzyme washing were analyzed and points to attention were also presented.
