持续小电流低电压直流电铜针治疗海绵状血管瘤 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨持续小电流低电压直流电铜针治疗体表及颌面部深部海绵状血管瘤的疗效。方法28例海绵状血管瘤患儿,其中男15例,女13例,年龄3个月~6岁,体表浅层18例,深层10例。病灶位于头、面、颈部、四肢。体表采用手法留置铜针,深层采用DSA引导下留置铜针,术后持续小电流低电压直流通电铜针治疗海绵状血管瘤。结果24例痊愈,无复发。1例铜针治疗同时进行了部分瘤体切除,3例铜针治疗后行二期手术。结论持续小电流低电压直流电铜针留置术治疗体表及颌面部深部海绵状血管瘤是一种疗效好、对面部损伤小、恢复快的方法,值得推广。 Objective To study the copper needle with continuous low voltage direct current(CLVDC) in treatment of cavenous hemangioma(CH) on body surface or deep location of maxillofacial region. Methods Twenty-eight children,male 15 and female 13,aged 3 months ~ 6 years old,were treated by copper needle with CLVDC.Their lesions were in body surface 18 cases and deep location 10 cases,distributed in head,face, neck and extremities. Results Twenty-four patients were cured in treating with copper needle. None recurred. One case was performed partial resection of tumor simultaneously and 3 cases were operated after copper needle treatment. Conclusion It is demonstrated that the treatment of copper needle with CLVDC is an effective approach for cavernous hemangioma with less invasive and recovery in short period.
