摘要
趾板是混凝土面板堆石坝的重要组成部分,其主要作用是防渗。在吸收和借鉴其他工程经验的基础上,通过方案比较和技术论证,对水布垭面板坝趾板线、趾板基础区开挖及趾板结构等进行了优化设计,并提出了趾板基础和不良地质缺陷处理措施,如趾板体形设计采用库克建议的“Y”线法;趾板结构上分为标准板和防渗板;采用预留宽槽、跳块浇注的方法进行趾板施工,并在宽槽中浇注低热微膨胀混凝土等。
The plinth is an important part for a concrete faced rockfill dam. Its major role is to prevent seepage. The optimization design is performed in the layout, the excavation and the construction of the plinth on the basis of alternative comparison and technique certification and considering other similar engineering practice. The authors believe that applying ″Y' line method suggested by Cook for the body-shape design of plinth is convenient, simple and definite; dividing plinth into standard slab and waterproof slab is beneficial to adjust the width of plinth according to the conditions of the foundation; applying the method of obligation of wide groove for plinth construction and backfilling with concrete of low heat and small swell may be effective method for controlling the crack of plinth.
