摘要
通过研究加劲巨型薄壁输水钢管承受外压时的临界失稳状态,分析了其合理的加劲环形式、尺寸及布置间距,揭示了不同尺寸与布置间距的加劲环环管段在外压作用下临界失稳时存在藕合现象,并将耦合特性应用于加劲巨型薄壁钢管外压稳定优化设计。
To the ring-stiffen huge thin wall steel water pipeline ,this paper analyzes the reasonable forms, sizes and arrangement distances of its stiff rings. The paper finds that the different ring-pipe-parts(stiff-ring plus pipe part right located at the ring and nearby the ring)i.e. with different stiff-ring's sizes and different ring's arrangement distances have the same critical numerical values when they losing stability under external pressure(the paper called it duplicating property). Also the paper applies the duplicating property to improving stability design of external pressure for the ring-stiffen huge thin wall steel water pipeline.
