摘要 从菜豆无菌试管苗叶肉细胞游离获得原生质体.在悬浮培养基中原生质体分裂并形成细胞群。一月后将小愈伤组织转接至MS(含3 mgl^(-1)2,4—D和0.2mgl^(-1)6—BA)固体培养基上,扩增出大量由原生质体产生的愈伤组织. A lot of viable protoplasts was obtained by enzymatic treatment from mesophyll cells of sterile tuber plants of 'black seed'bean (Phaseolus vulgar is L.) .The protoplasts divided, and formed cell clusters in a liguid medium. After one montk, when the micro calli were transferred to the MS solid medium containing 3mg·1-1 2 ,4-D and 0.2 mg·l-16-BA, a lot of colonies of calli was proliferated from the protoplasts of mesophyll cells.
