氢促进空洞形核的机理 被引量:3

摘要 将氢致局部塑性变形理论、弱键理论及氢压理论相结合,提出了氢促进空洞形核的新理论,氢通过促进局部塑性变形和降低键合力,一方面促进了纳米级微裂纹的形核,另一方面促进了微裂纹纯化成空洞。总之,氢促进了空洞的形核,另外,氢通过在空洞中形成氢压和降低键合力,升高了空洞的稳定性。
