莱氏野村菌[Nomuraea rileyi(Farlow) Samson]生长和产孢条件的探索 被引量:12

摘要 昆虫病原真菌—莱氏野村(Nomurace rileyi(Farlow)Samson)在生物防治上具育开发的潜力。但它在常规的萨氏、查氏真菌培养基上,生长周期较长,产孢量也不高,限制了分生孢子的大量生产。本工作主要研究N.rileyi培养在分别含20种碳源。5种氮源和棉子粉的几十种培养基上的生长和产孢情况,以及培养基初始pH对生长和产孢的影响。结果表明,生长最好的碳源是甘油,氮源是蛋白胨;产孢最佳碳源是乳糖,氮源还是蛋白胨。生长和产孢的最适pH=5~7。产孢快、产孢量大、成本又低的培养基是棉子粉或含6%的棉子粉琼脂。 An entomogenous fungus Nomuraea rileyi (Farlow) Samson has an applying potential for the bio-control of insect pests. But its long vegetative cycle and little sporulation on the routine fungal media such as Sabouraud or Czapek agar limited the mass production of its conidiospores. In this research, the growth and the sporulation of the fungus on more than 30 kinds of media containing 20 kinds of carbon sources and 5 kinds of nitrogen sources as well as the powder of cotton seed respectively were observed, The results showed that, for the growth, the best carbon source was glycerine, but lactose for the sporulation, the best nitrogen source was pepton either for the growth or the sporulaton, the favourable pH value was pH= 5- 7 for the growth and sporulation. The cheap media for the high yield of conidia and the fast sporulation of this fungus were the powder of cotton seed or the agar with 6 % of cotton seed powder.
