摘要
在《课程改革纲要》中对课程评价提出了新主张,即“以教师自评为主,并参照同行、校长、家长和学生的评价意见”。目前,教师自评已经成为教学管理讨论的一个重点,被看成教师成长的新途径。文章旨在阐述教师自评的性质、价值及意义,试图创设以师生互动为基础的教师自评方法。
New ideas on the curriculum evaluation are put forward in < Curriculum Reform Compendium>. That is ' Self-evaluation is mainly preferred, and the opinions of fellow teachers, principals, parents and students are taken as references. t present, self-evaluation has been a key point of discussion on teaching management and regarded as a new approach to teachers' professional development. This article is to define the value, the characteristics, and the significance of the self-evaluation with an intention of setting up a new mode of teachers' self-evaluation based on the teacher-student interaction.
