谈高校德育工作者的情感思维和理智思维

高校德育工作者要出色完成教书育人的光荣使命,必须正确运用情感思维和理智思维,并将二者有机结合。无情未必真豪杰,感情无涉是不可能的;多情亦非真豪杰,感情用事往往把事情搞砸。高校德育工作者不能讲情失理,以情代理,有情无理,也不能有理无情。在工作中,要有情有理,入情入理,要以情感人,以理服人,以法治人。

The faculty of academy moral education must manage the thinking of affection and intellecture and origanically combine both for the goods of complete the honorable mission of education and cultivation. No true hero with no affection, no affection is impossible; while also no true hero with much affection, sentimental will always mess things up. So The faculty of academy moral education should not use affection without intellecture, and either use intellecture without affection, on the country they should use both affection and intellection, affect students with affection, convince students with intellecture, and manage students with law.
