摘要
当前,我国导游管理实践中存在两个突出问题导游职业的定位存在偏差;以“回扣”为主的导游薪金制度严重不合理。这二者正是导致导游队伍不稳定,导游人员服务质量难如人意,外语导游急剧萎缩,导游素质没有明显提高等旅游业诸多问题的重要原因,文章对此进行了逐一分析,并提出了相应的改革措施。
At present , two main problems appear in guide's pratical management of our country: there is the deviation of the occupation define of guide's personnel; taking discount of guide in the salary system is not reasonable . Both cause that guide's teams are unstable; guides have poor service quality; guides in foreign language reduce sharply; guide's quality is not obviously improved . The article carries on the analysis to this, and put forward the concrete reform measure.
