浅谈新形势下高校青年教师的思想道德教育

加强青年教师思想道德教育既是高校教师队伍建设的重要任务,也是确保党的教育方针贯彻落实和全面提高教育教学质量的内在需要。新形势下高校青年教师思想道德教育的主要内容是用“三个代表”重要思想武装头脑、培养敬业精神、提高师德水平。青年教师思想道德建设要强化阵地意识,坚持以人为本、开拓创新,从工作机制、工作体系、制度规范、岗位培训、榜样示范到思想教育、道德修养、行为养成,相互配套补充,形成一个完整的系统工程。

Strengthening ideological and moral education of young teachers is not only an important task of constructing college teachers' ranks, but also internal require to ensure implementation of Party's educational policy and overall improvement of educational quality. The main contents of which are to equip their minds with 'Three Represents', to nurture their hard-working spirit and to raise their moral level. It demands to intensify positional consciousness, to act according to man and to find new ways. The integrated working system involves working mechanism, working system, rules and regulations, job training, model demonstration, ideological education, moral accomplishment and behaviour cultivation.
