新课程理念下教师培训的几点思考

On Teacher Training under the New Concept of Curriculum

基础教育课程改革的精神和理念,给教师培训者提出很多问题和思考。教师培训必须转变观念,准确定位自身角色;树立大培训理念,建立多元的、开放的、研训一体化的教师培训系统;坚持以教师发展为本,推进教师专业化进程;彰显教师主体性,促进教师自我教育和自我发展。

The concept and the spirit of elementary education curriculum reform have raised many questions demanding prompt solutions.The concept of teacher training must be changed and its precise position must be located.The concept of large training must be established, and a multiplex,open,and research-training integrated teacher training system must be set up.We should persist in the basis of teachers' development,and improve the process of the professionalization of teachers.We must bring out the main body of teachers conspicuously and stimulate teachers' self-education and self-development.
