高校科技成果是我国高新技术最具实用价值的一种信息资源,是一种亟待开发的资源,本文从市场经济的需要出发,论述了科技成果开发类型,并对科技成果在转化过程中的障碍进行了分析,指出兴办校办产业,是科技成果转化的最佳途径。

University technology achievements are the most practical information rescources, which need further exploring. From the demand of market economy, this article illustrates the developing types of technological achievements, analysizes the difficulties in their transfering and points out that the best way to transfer is to set up school-run enterprizes.
