摘要
图书馆读者服务工作在当前信息环境下赋予其新的内涵,使图书馆管理手段、读者服务观念以及读者工作的形式和内容都发生了巨大的变化。本文提出在图书馆读者工作中融入多元一体化服务的理念,并提出了相应的对策以促进图书馆读者服务工作开展。
The library reader-service work has its new meaning under the present information enviroment, the library management, the reader-service idea and the form of reader's work will all be changed enormously. This article proposes that the theory of pluralistic and integrated concept in readers' work of the library and corresponding countermeasures in order to help us promote the library reader-service work.
