西部盆周山区中学素质教育研究与实践——四川宜宾素质教育个案研究(之一)

西部与中东部地区的经济差距,使西部地区基础教育的素质教育的推进倍感艰难。但经济的落后和不发达,不能成为素质教育的阻碍。以四川宜宾为例,只要我们正确认识素质构成和素质教育的内涵,充分发掘本土的经济、历史、自然和人文景观资源,是完全可以实施素质教育,推进素质教育的进程的。

The economic diversity between the western area and the eastern and middle area makes less improvement of primary quality education in the western area. But the undeveloped economy cannot prevent the quality education from progressing. For example, in Yibin of Sichuan, if only we realize the connotation of quality and quality education and fully explore the native economy, history, nature and artificial scenery resources, we can carry out the quality education completely and develop the progress of quality education .
