摘要
国家助学贷款是社会主义市场经济体制下,国家利用金融手段支持高等教育深化改革、促进我国教育事业持续健康发展的一项重大决策,也是帮助贫困大学生完成学业的有效措施。本文基于对国家助学贷款实施中出现问题的分析,构建了“一中心四机制”的大学生信贷体系的方案,并提出推进国家助学贷款可持续发展的对策建议。
National Education Loan, which uses finance measure under the market economy system, is an important decision to deepen Higher Education Reformation and accelerate the continuable development of education.It’s also an effective measure to support the needy students to maintain learning. Based on the investigation of the credit problems available,this paper discusses the frame to construct the credit system and offers suggestions to promote the continuable development of National Education Loan.
