教育民主决策的价值与日俱增,其特性具有客观实在性、积极促进性、广泛深刻性和开放发展性;其基础是人类社会民主化取向、教育决策的复杂性与困难性和人性的积极取向;其内容是促进教育科学决策、民主决策、学习型教育组织的形成和人生价值的实现;其实现的条件是要以人为本,服务于人的发展、实施全员培养、构建和完善教育民主决策机制。

With the charcteristics of objective reality,active promotion,wideness and open developing,the value of e- ducation democratic decision is increasingly rising,on the basis of democratic dvelopment of human society,the complexity and difficulty of education decision and human being’s positive developing orientation;the content is to promote the for- mation of scientific decision and the value of human being;the requirement is that the system of education democratic de- cision should be formed and improved to train the whole in order to strength the view of humanism and service for people.
