个人全面发展的动力体系包括:客观性动力、主观性动力和二者的合力。客观性动力有:生产力、生产关系、上层建筑、时代发展趋势的要求与个人素质有限发展的矛盾等。主观性动力有:企事业组织、政治组织和社团组织、家庭、阶级斗争的要求与个人能力有限发展的矛盾等。二者的合力是社会现实与个人物质文化需要的矛盾,个人现实与个人对自身变革要求的矛盾。个人全面发展动力体系形成的途径是社会组织和社会团体利用多种手段把客观性动力和主观性动力全面向个人宣传和灌输,以及个人全面认识这些动力。

The system of the motive force of individual all-round develop includes the objective motive force and the subjective motive force. The objective motive force is the contradiction between demands of productive force, produc- tion relations,superstructure,times and individal limited development,etc.. The subjective motive force is the contradic- tion between demand of enterpyise,institution, class struggle and individal limited development,etc.. Joint force is the contradiction between individal reality and individal demand,the contradiction between individal reality and individal de- mand of reform.The way to form the system of individal all-round development is to publicize the subjective and objec- tive force so that they can be fully understood.
