摘要 6 min左右的赛艇运动需要运动员的速度耐力素质,需要强大而完整的有氧能力基础。无论从理论和实践领域,国内外在不同层面从来没有停止对赛艇运动员有氧能力的再认识与实践。从国家赛艇队多年科学化训练的实践出发,调查、分析和总结有关优秀赛艇运动员有氧能力的理论结构、专项意义、评价和发展方法,以及与力量训练的关系,分析和总结了近年来国内外相关认识的进展,以及实践中较为成熟的训练操作方法,系统讨论了相关问题,并对如何处理好力量素质与有氧耐力这一难点,提出新的尝试。 Rowing presents a training dilemma. It is a'Power- Endurance Sport'. This review was designed to understand as successful rowers what are effective methods for training of aerobic ability. It reviews recent research achievements on aerobic ability in elite rowers, and summarized most effective training methods on training of aerobic ability. While most rowing training regimen includes both strength and endurance training, there is relatively little research that shows a clear performance benefit of strength training for endurance athletes. The effects of combined strength and endurance training need the further efforts of studies.
