摘要
企业集团在世界各国经济发展中发挥了举足轻重的作用,本文将产融结合与企业集团有机结合起来,创新性地提出了产融型企业集团的概念,分析了德国产融型企业集团的发展情况及其特征,总结了德国产融型企业集团发展的经验及其对中国的启示。最后得出重要结论:中国需要借鉴国际经验,大力促进产融型企业集团的发展,这是提升中国企业和中国经济竞争力的重要手段。
Enterprise group plays an important role on the development oi economy in every country. This paper links enterprise group with the combination of industry and finance, brings forward the conception of enterprise group of combination of industry with finance, and then analyses the development and features of enterprise group of combination of industry with finance in German, and sums up its main lessons, and points out the enlightenment to China, finally made an important conclusion that China should benefit from German's experience and promote the development of enterprise group of combination of industry with finance.
