摘要
81—7241在四川现在是一个高抗白粉病(Erysiphe gruminis f·sp·tritici)的小麦品系。它对小麦白粉菌411菌株的抗性是受一对显性主效基因控制,在幼苗期和成株期均起作用。此对抗性基因可能不同于国际上己命名的Pm1、2、3a、3b、3c、4、5、6、7、8、抗白粉病基因。
The genetics of resistance to powdery mildew (Erysiphe graminis f. ap. tritici) in wheat was
studied.The line 81-7241 which is highly resistant in Sichuan province was inoculated by isolate 4.11. It
was shown that its resistance is controled by one dominant major gene, the operation of which
is expressed at both seedling and adult stages.This resistant gene may be different from the powdery
mildew resistant genes designated as Pm 1, 2, 3a, 3b, 3c, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.
