摘要
本文在分析我国企业ERP系统建设概况和失败原因的基础上,指出管理咨询公司在我国企业ERP系统建设中可充当企业的导师、ERP厂商的助手和企业与ERP厂商之间沟通的桥梁的角色,进而详细分析了管理咨询公司在规划制定、软件选型、业务流程调整和技术实施四个阶段的业务重点,并用案例分析的方法加以验证。
Based on the analyze of the general situation and failure's cause of enterprise's construction of ERP system in our country,the paper points out that management consulting company can be the tutor of enterprise,the assistant of ERP enterprise and the communication bridge between enterprise and ERP enterprise.Then the paper particularly analyzes management consulting company's operation emphases in four phrases that is layout making,ERP's selection,business process adjusting and technique implement. The paper also uses the method of case study to validate it.
