摘要
本文讲述示波器噪声的第一部分说明如何正确表征和比较示波器的垂直噪声特性。第二部分介绍了当存在相对高的测量系统噪声(示波器噪声)电平时,如何进行更精确低电平信号噪声和干扰测量的有用提示。
This paper is discussing about the noise oscilloscope. Its first part is to elaborate how to characterize and compare the vertical noise features of oscilloscope definitely.The second part is to introduce the useful prompt to measure the low level signal noise and its disturbance even more accurately when there is rather high noise level in measure system.
