摘要
采用组织学、扫描电镜方法对锯缘青蟹(Scyllaserrata)促雄腺和胸腹神经团之间的关系进行观察。结果表明,射精管末端存在促雄腺,促雄腺和胸神经团来源的支配第五步足(即游泳足)的神经紧密相连。该神经在游泳足基部的肌肉内部紧贴射精管并行,其分支支配着射精管周围肌肉,可能也是控制精荚排放的神经。本研究可为促雄腺对性别控制的机制及蟹类精荚电促排的深入研究提供理论依据。
Androgenic gland hormone (AGH) is responsible for male sexual differentiation in crustaceans. An androgenic gland hormone may allow hormonal sex reversal for the production of monosex populations in aquaculture, leading to increases in production. There are many researches about the androgenic gland and its hormone by different research methods. Because AGH of male crab produces components of seminal fluid that alter the behavior, physiology and life span of mated female, and contribute to her efficient storage and utilization of sperm. This paper is the first published description of relation of the androgenic gland and horacic ganglion in Scylla serrata. Structure and function of the androgenic gland in mud crab, Scylla serrata, were studied with tissue section, electron microscope techniques from June 2000 to December 2002. A pair of androgenic glands attach to the distal part of the ejaculatory ducts of Scylla serrata. The thoracic ganglion mass of Scylla serrata is fused from the subesophageal ganglion, the thoracic ganglion and the abdominal ganglion. There are many nerves connecting the thoracic ganglion mass and the five pereiopods and brain. Androgenic gland is connected to the fifth pereiopod nerve of thoracic ganglion directly. This nerve is also concomitant with edjaculatory ducts between the muscles of fifth walking leg and may control the spermatophore. This study contributes to understand the sex determination of androgenic glands and spermatophore expulsion by electricity.
