摘要
根据疾病事件与症状事件之间的逻辑关系,利用覆盖集理论提出疾病诊断的新指标,构造症状与疾病之间的0-1整数规划模型,并采用禁忌搜索(TS搜索)方法来求解这一问题。通过大量鱼病诊断实例的计算结果表明,TS搜索算法在降低误诊率和减少响应时间方面均有良好的性能。
Based on the logical relation between disease and symptom,disease-diagnose guideline and 0-1 integer programming model are constranducted on the ground of the theory covering-setting. Tabu search algorithm is emerging as a new and highly efficient search paradigm for quickly finding high quality solutions to combinatorial optimization problems. It is applied to solute fish disease diagnose question. The test results for a lot of samples on fish diseases have verified the feasibility and efficiency of TS algorithm.
