当前西部义务教育财政投入不足的原因及对策取向分析

Main Reasons and Countermeasures to the Shortage of Financial Investment in Compulsory Education in the Currently West

发展西部义务教育对提高劳动者素质,加快西部地区经济发展,维护边疆政治和社会稳定及民族团结等具有非同寻常的意义,但财政投入不足一直是阻碍西部义务教育发展的瓶颈。本文从西部财政义务教育投入不足的现实出发,论证了当前西部财政义务教育投入不足的主要原因,并提出了对策建议。

It is of important significance to develop western compulsory education for improving the western labor's quality, speeding up western economic development and maintaining western social stability. But shortage of financial investment has been retarded the development of western compulsory education. According to the fact in the west, the author argues the main reasons of compulsory education financial investment shortage in the west as well as gives some advice to solve the problem.
