ISO9000原则在电大教育质量管理中的应用

Using Standards of ISO9000 in Education Quality Management of RTVU

江苏广播电视大学在“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”实践过程中,引入ISO9000标准质量管理原则,构建教学质量管理体系和教学智能体系,取得了较好的效果,深化了“以学生为中心”的办学理念,促进了“学—导多元互动”教学模式的构建,强化了电大系统多层次的教学管理。

ISO9000 authentication of education management has been used internationally. This paper summarizes the characteristic of the principle of ISO9000 family standards, and introduces mainly Jiangsu RTVU's practice and experience of constructing management system of teaching quality by using ISO9000 family standard principles. The received actual effects and some thinking from this application are also shared.
