远程开放教育形成性考核问题的思考

Reflection on the Issue of Shaping Evaluation System in Distance Open Education

形成性考核是开放教育教学过程中的一个重要环节。目前,在形成性考核实施中还存在着一些问题,应采取有效措施加以解决,使其作用得以充分发挥。主要对策有:明确形成性考核在教学中的地位和作用,重新认识教师在形成性考核过程中的作用,强化正确的政策和舆论导向,科学设计考核题型及标准,注重利用现代网络技术和资源。

Shaping evaluation is an important issue in the practice of distance open education, which has some problems that must be solved in order to fully exert its function. It is suggested that the following measures be taken: to make clear the position and role of the phase-by-phase assessment in the course of teaching, to re-understand the role of teachers in the process of assessment, to give correct policy and public opinion guidance to teachers engaged in distance and open education, to design scientifically the questions of the assessment and the standard and to lay emphasizes on the use of modern net-work tools and resources.
