<Abstrcat>My paper analyzes the shortcoming of the traditional examination and test paper setting mode,the feasibility and necessity of computer aided test paper system is also put forward. Moreover,the principle of the system and the method of the design and implementation of the system is expounded. Finally,the nuclear techniques in the system design are discussed such aspects as examination database management and manual producing papers and automatic producing papers and printing of papers and the implementation of electronic papers.
