摘要
本文在研究常用进制转换的基础上,分析了十进制整数、小数分别转换成R进制数的数学理论,提出一个特例“8421”法,可方便、快捷的进行转换。
On the current study on the converting scales, the essay analyzes the mathematic theory of the converting decimal integer and fraction into R scale se parately. In order to convert them conveniently and quickly, it gives us a speci al way called '8421' to deal with it.
