摘要 通过温州市经济技术开发区内一幢高层商住楼基坑支护工程的成功实例,介绍了水泥深层搅拌桩与管锚(注浆管式锚钉墙)联合支护结构。该支护结构成功地解决了高地下水位地区软弱土基坑设计与施工中遇到的技术难题,使基坑支护的承力挡土和防渗止水在同一结构中得到了统一。采用该结构取得了节约成本、缩短工期的技术经济效果。 It introduces united structure of deep mixed pile and cast-piped soild nailed wall through a successful instance of a mansion's foundation retaining and protecting project in Wenzhou economic and technological development zone. The retaining and protecting structure has solved the difficult problems that meet with the design and construction in hignland water level regional week soil foundation successfully and has made bear strength and block the soil and stagnant water of prevention seepage unified in the same structure. It has obtained the economic result of technology of economizing the cost, shortening time limit for a project.
