The practical teaching reform is widely implemented among the universities. How to implement the reform in work is the critical point of the reform. This article discusses the result about the practical teaching reform through analyzing the implement process about how to get the production and practicing target among civil engineering specialty major, and illustrates the importance of method which combines the three aspects about 'production, knowledge and research'.
