浅谈高校学生干部在学生管理工作中的作用

高校学生干部是学生管理工作的一支重要力量,在学生管理工作中有着不可替代的作用。充分认识和发挥学生干部的作用,对提高高校的学生管理工作水平具有重要的现实意义。文章论述了高校学生干部在学生管理工作中具有组织领导作用、桥梁纽带作用、榜样示范作用,指出应从讲政治、讲奉献等5个方面去塑造自己的角色形象。

The university student cadres are an important strength of student management, and have irreplaceable function in student management. Fully realizing and developing the role of student cadres have realistic meaning to improve management levels of university students. This paper discusses student cadre's organizing and leading function, bridge and tie function and model role in student management. And it points out that student cadres should mould their own images from five respects.
